Home Photography with(out) the Family

So there I was, home alone (Macaulay Culkin not included)!

What’s a pug to do? I wanted to order pizza (can’t reach the phone, even stttttretchhhhing as far as I can on my hind legs). I wanted to kick back and watch a movie (stupid hoomins have a puppy (child?) lock on the remote. Most I can get is a black screen on the tv).

Well, maybe a nice hot, relaxing soak. Sounded like a good idea, but the minute I heard the running water, I shuddered from the memory of my last flea bath. What was I thinking?

What’s left? I circle around the house, looking left, and looking right. Trying to find something interesting. At last, I see it!  Ahhhh..the digital camera.

There is a whole wall of pictures of my hoomins…and their hoomins..and other hoomins I don’t know. What about me, Bugs Puggy? I know. I’ll do them a favor and make them a picture of me to put on the wall. How hard could it be? Well, I did the best I could, and despite some minor mishaps, I think it came out pretty good.

My third birthday is rapidly approaching!

I still feel like a puppy but I think it is time to start acting like a grown-up!  I’m no spring kitten anymore.  Plus, my biological clock is snorting.  Now that I’m an independent woman (the AKC may consider me a “bitch” but I find that a little offensive), with a place of my own (that pink bed is all mine), I think I’m in a good position to start a family.  By that, I mean a family that looks like me, not a collection of misfit toys… literally!  Let’s face it, Bunny Bear and Duck Frog aren’t going to carry on the Puggy name and lineage.

But before I begin, even before I find a baby-daddy, I think it’s of utmost importance to pick out some names for my little ankle-biters!  Here’s what I’ve got so far:

Gizmo

Count Pugula

Buford T. Pug

Curly

Snorty Doo

I just hope I don’t have more than eight!  I’m fresh out of names.
